Extended Challenge Report

The Extended Challenge Activity Report is an account of preparation for engagement in and reflection on your Extended Challenge. At the end of the training period you will write a 2000-word report in which you write your reflection after engaging in all aspects of the Extended Challenge. The report contains at least three sections. First your report must show evidence of your continuous engagement in all aspects of the Extended Challenge. Second your self-reflection section must contain three key learning points of growth from the Extended Challenge. You need to base your reflection on the surveys results and/or other reflection tools provided during class. You also need to engage with theories in the literature to critically evaluate how the Extended Challenge is related to your development in wisdom and leadership.
