The idea is to investigate the selected organization using the main components of IT (Hardware, software, services, data management and networking). Infrastructure Investigation, which is in a selected industry, should be carried out by using articles, websites, books and journal papers and /or interviews. In the report, you are expected to discuss:

Apple Inc is one of the most famous and well-known organizations that is working in different countries. This assignment aims to determine the technologies that are being used within the organization so that the condition can be assessed efficiently. The report would discuss the strategies that the organization is using to make its system better and to gain competitive advantages. The technologies that are being used in the organization would also discuss in detail so that it can be determined the innovations that organization has done in last few years to become successful. It would helps other organizations to manage their system and technology.

Introduction

It has been determined from the research that the organization is one of the most iconic organizations of the recent era. Apple is known for selling great products related to smartphones and other smart technology. There are different strengths of the organization. One of the most significant strengths is that the organization has attracted customers from developed and developing countries due to its high brand image. The customers are loyal to the organization; therefore, they try to purchase all the new product versions to enjoy new features. Therefore, it can say that the organization has built an incredible platform for loyal customers to further sell the applications, products, and services. The organization follows all the market trends because the organization has invested money to efficiently improve its financial condition. The organization can get competitive advantages due to providing different new features and services to the organization. This report would determine all the technologies to find the importance and effectiveness of that technology. It would help other organizations find the methods and technologies that should be used because it has found that getting success and high profit is the organization’s main concern. There are also some weaknesses of the organization that create problems for the employees and manager of the organization, such as it has only limited distribution of the products due to which all customers cannot purchase the products. Lastly, possible solutions would also be recommended in the report to focus on implementing those solutions for improving its condition.

Steve Jobs founded the organization in 1976 in combination with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. Apple Inc. has selected this name because Steve Jobs has said that he was just coming from the apple farm and thought to start a company. This name was selected because it sounds spirited, and fun, and fruitarian diets. This company has been selected for this report because Apple is one of the famous organization that is using different technologies and strategies to gain success in the market (Miller, 2016). The full name of the organization is “Apple Computer Company”. The logo of the organization is following.

The organization is one of the most famous organizations whose mission statement is following.

“Provide the best personal computer and its related products to the students, designers, engineers, educators, scientists, consumers, and businesspersons in more than 140 countries throughout the world”.

It has been found that the organization’s vision statement motivates the employees to perform well within the workplace (Garver, 2015). Therefore, the vision statement of Apple Inc is following
“to make the most efficient and best products and to leave the world better than all other organizations we found it (Malynovska, 2019).”

The organization is aware of the importance of online business; therefore, it deals with both virtual and online processes so that more customers can become targeted. The organization has expanded its business in different parts of the world because it has claimed that the organization is working in 25 countries, including developed and developing countries. There are almost 510 stores of the organization in 25 countries that are dealing with customers. The headquarter of the organization is located in Cupertino, California (Han, 2010).

Apple is using efficient strategy to make the system better because the main target of the organization is to gain competitive advantages.

Differentiation strategy
It has been found that Apple is using differentiate strategy to get competitive advantages within no time. This strategy aims to make such products and services that are different from other organizations that are already working in the market so that customers can become easily targeted. Furthermore, the difference in the product of Apple Inc makes it easy for the organization to take a high-profit rate so that more success can be gained. The customers are being attracted toward the organization because they are aware that the products of Apple are unique and different from others. Still, it has been found that organization is spending more time and money in making different products due to which the chances of getting more profit margin have also become increased (Zhang, 2011).
The organization needs to determine the most effective and accurate strategy to get competitive advantages. For example, it has been analyzed from the research that one of the weaknesses of Apple Inc is the high price of products; therefore, the organization should implement a cost leadership strategy to target more customers. It would enable the organization to improve its performance within the market.

The customers of Apple Inc. have claimed that the organization is famous due to using advanced technology because customers always need innovation and advanced technology to improve their lifestyle (Mallin, 2011). The technology in the organization affects different parts of life so that people become able to make their lives easy and comfortable. All the organizations are trying to provide new technology to the customers to become positively affected. The organization is offering new technologies and innovations to give an excellent and smooth experience. Different software has collaborative with the organization to enhance the software. The organization is making innovative and new mobiles with advanced applications. It has been determined from the research that almost 150 employees are working in the organization with different programs to make them innovative according to the needs of customers (Shane, 2012). 
Moreover, the organization has hired the most experienced, skilled, and well-educated employees to improve their condition within the market because the organization is known for its position. The web development service and collaboration with the owners of different applications are attracting customers from different cultures. Moreover, the organization is also dealing with some digital commercialization such as SEO and online marketing to attract customers from different parts of the world (Cohen, 2015).
