I am undertaking a project – I need a 1000 word critical reflection that related to positives and negatives we go through as individuals in implementing a quality improving in to practice

I am implementing an educational session Via Microsoft teams , that discusses the aspects of COPD management in primary care  and how we are standardising this with regular education sessions and a COPD self-management plan to reduce the overuse of antibiotic

Discuss the educations session further enhanced the GP partner acceptance to change in management and recognised where we could be saving money but also betting informing out patients
