It supplies the organization with an analytical view about specific information that would be relavant to them and can be used to improve the organizations decision making.

As for how a company uses dashboard and analytics to provide business value to the customers. Let’s take amazon for example, Amazon uses these business intellegince tools to improve inventory control and optimize shipping routes using analytics. Let’s emphasis more on shipping routes, using analytics and dashboard. Amazon can ensure that the customers will get their shipments as fast as possible without any delays. Lastly dashboards are used by amazon to predict customer behaviour and thus allows them to make better suggestions for the customers creating more business value to its customers.

BI is the process of collecting and converting the raw data gathered about something and turn this data into meaningful information.
BI can assist the organization to improve decision making processes by providing crucial information to the decision makers to make well informed decision, for example it can helps marketing teams to decide on the best time to broadcast advertisements or can enable executives to make business decision that effect the organization by increasing productivity , it also can help in visualizing and measuring the performance of the organization by using specific metrics relevant to the said organization and present it to the higher ups in way comprehensible and understandable to them.
In business intelligence, dashboard is an interface that helps to visualize and analysis data and put it in the screen to shows status and metrics that indicate the performance of the organization.
Dashboard can help in companies like noon to increase customer’s business value by  improving user experience for them by displaying information about the customers in the dashboard and use this information as a feedback for continues improvement.
Dashboards that incorporate real-time customer’s analysis and that can be used to better predict customer purchasing behavior and use that to suggest products that suits the customer’s needs.

From my point of view, the use of intelligence in business today is very important and has many benefits due to the availability of huge amounts of data and algorithms that are difficult for a person to work efficiently with. The use of intelligence leads to increased efficiency and productivity.

Companies can use intelligence to work in several areas, including:
First, the noticeable increase in productivity and helps in facilitating access to the required data and also helps in solving simple problems.

Intelligence in some areas makes decisions that help:
More accurate sales decisions, more effective and targeted product marketing plan, smarter business decisions, more productive stock decisions, more detailed financial decisions.

Moreover, this boosts purchase growth by providing necessities, and references for the customer needs through predictive analytics.
