Creating a Shared Understanding – As a team, determine the following:
· What tasks need to be completed for each deliverable required in the course?
Our team will handle various tasks during this course. Some of the tasks that we will have to work on include group discussions, taking part in workshops, working on group assignments together, and also have group studies that will help us become better students. Through the group’s studies, we will be able to have an elevated understanding of the subject that we study (Admin, 2019). We will also be able to be more disciplined when dealing with groups and maintain our responsibilities.
· What are the quality expectations we have as a team?
There are various quality expectations that we have as a team. When we start studying together, we hope to have the ability to get better grades at school (Admin, 2019). This is because, through the group studies that we will have, we will be able to have clarity and solidify the course materials that we come across. We will also have experience of working in teams. This will help us to have a good working relationship with other workmates in the places of work. Thus, we will be able to deliver our responsibilities and execute what we work on with the right quality.
· How will we provide feedback on each other’s work products?
We will be able to provide feedback on each other’s work by looking into the contribution that each team member has to the group. What we do, as a group will be a result of our contribution to the group. Thus, if asked to report on how any of our group members are progressing, we will provide the necessary feedback through the mode that has been requested.
· Who should do what for each deliverable?
We will be working as a team. Because of this, if our team fails, every individual in our group will have failed too. Thus, we will have to make sure that we do the best we can to make sure that we can perform in a better way. For each deliverable, we will make sure that we work together as a team so that we can meet the deliverables that are required of us. We will make sure that we meet the deadlines that are set for us. We will make sure that we meet all the instructions in our assignments and complete our workshops on time.
· What should team members do when they are unable to complete tasks as directed and need help?
There are times when circumstances will make it hard for all group members to be present. Thus in such cases, we will assess the situation and determine if the group member’s situation demands his or her absence. In such a case, members who are present will work in groups and make sure that they deliver as they are expected to. Absent members or those who lag will be updated on the group’s progress so that we can make sure that we are on the same lane. If a group member does not understand, we will try as much as possible to help them understand what we are doing so that we can all be at the same level. Being on the same level will help us do more and even have individual success.
