Develop a Project Proposal Review the concepts covered in the MS Project lab to develop an IT project proposal. Your project must be robust enough to support 5+ employees2-3 materials a timeline of no more than 6 months and a maximum budget of $350000. Research examples of costs and technology to support your claims in the proposal. Write 800 to 1200 words describing your project proposal detailing the business overview scope major tasks duration and compensation. You should provide a bulleted list of 20-30 tasks that will occur during your project. Consider grouping tasks into five to seven major tasks and subtasks. Answer these key questions critical to any successful proposal: Demonstrate through your description of the project that you understand the underlying project management concepts. Use critical thinking to analyze your business needs and explain the problem that your project will solve. ABC company implemented Wi-Fi for their two offices in 2019 and saw a 34% increase in productivity and collaboration (ABC company 2019). With the success at ABC company I believe that our Wi-Fi proposal will improve collaboration within the office by 25% in the first year. Cost – include estimates for cost of labor materials and additional expenses (i.e. travel costs). Bid a final cost (that includes your profit and expenses). If the client accepts this bid this becomes the project budget.
