Organizations are established with a motive to accomplish customer needs in a profitable manner. Designing the organizational framework is essential to analyze and synchronize the strategies and processes in the business association to fulfill the customer needs (HH Baligh, 1987). The crucial elements that need to be considered while designing and developing the organization are as follows: individuals and their powers, management authority, roles and responsibilities, coordination, accountability, substitute authority, diverse departments.
Each of these elements forms the basis for the organization to understand the objectives of the association and the roles and responsibilities of each individual associated with the organization. It also assists the association in manipulating the current strategies and processes accordingly to the dynamic market. Each of these elements forms the business organization’s structure that is interconnected to each other for the effective outcome from the business association (Hunter., 2002).
The success of every organization is based on the leaders and management of the association. They are responsible for analyzing the current market trends and designing and developing an effective working environment that assists in developing an effective structure that makes the most talented atmosphere with identification of the capabilities of the individual and allocating the appropriate roles and responsibilities of the association.
The line of authority of the association defines the chain of commands and instructs the employees about reporting any incident in the association. The association’s management is solely responsible for allocating and assigning the tasks to the teams with pursuing the tasks with allocating effective utilization of resources in accomplishing the association’s objectives (Claver‐Cortés., 2007).
The business associations need to design their structure in an amicable manner. It is easy for the consumers of the association to be accountable such that each task is performed in an effective manner such that it would make superior decisions. The associations should be focussed on benchmarking and how this could be achieved in a profitable manner and continuously striving to improve benchmarking by improving the market by making superior business decisions.
