We diced to make a Car wash App with several services and we named our App “ Car Beauty” where our main idea is to take care of your car as doing in beauty centers also to be as hidden message to attractive ladies drivers. Usually if you want to wash your car in normal way you may take between 45 minutes to 1 hour minimum waiting for this procedure till finish, also to wash a car it may require more than 120L of clean water. Car Beauty is new way to wash your car, we will use steam washer machine to clean car inside as well as outside by steam only, and this process require only 7L of clean water also it is working as sanitizer for the car because it will kill all germs including COVID-19.

• Behavioral: since we are Ecommerce business we will consider online payments to meet our customer purchase habits.

Nowadays, people are more aware of the environment and how we as humans have harmed it through our behavior. Also people’s lifestyles have changed, and they are too busy with their jobs, families, and other activities As a result, the car wash become a boring activity. With CBA’s “Car Beauty App,” they can schedule their car wash when they are at work or at home then our team will visit them, and they will also be helping the environment if they choose us.

Our business model is B-to-C, which means that the majority of our revenue will come from customer s for our services, while we may be able to extend our revenue in the future by selling car wash tools and products such as special shampoo. Another way to expand our business is to create a B-to-B model in which we can provide our services to food companies to keep their vehicles clean and sterilized.

Since CBA’s is Ecommerce and we provide car wash services so the sales process will be though our mobile App.

We believe that a successful company requires excellent customer relationship management. As part of CBA’s approach, we will take care of customers first by offering excellent service, and then we will stay in touch with them after the sale to solicit their feedback, views, and notes.
