Second – provide a summary of the data provided on your topic. Third – assume that you are a public official. You are assigned the task of developing a policy relative to your topic. (In short a policy is a statement on how to implement a law or regulation.) Provide your policy proposal statement. Fourth – provide your rationale for the policy. Fifth – provide a data compliance procedure for the policy. In other words how will the success of the policy implementation be monitored? Note: Do not include the entire text of a statute.
