Black men who have sex with men (MSM) is most affected by HIV/AIDS. The current HIV prevention and care landscape is heavily driven by individual-level approaches that have shown effect at reducing HIV diagnoses. However such approach has yielded less than adequate results in reducing the HIV racial disparities for Black MSM. Please identify at least two approaches that have potential to reduce HIV racial disparities and explain why do you think they might be effective?
