, in a minimum of 250 words, analyze your state’s position on immigration in regard to three of the five statements below in your initial post.
· Immigration policy is a state not a federal issue.
· Children of undocumented immigrants are not covered by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.
· States can require proof of citizenship or photo I.D. to vote .
· Undocumented immigrants are not entitled to access public benefits beyond emergency services and those services deemed to be “necessary to protect life and safety.”
· Employers of undocumented workers should face fines and legal repercussions even to the point of criminal charges against employers who knowingly hire such immigrants.
