The threat that I will talk about is drug smuggling in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia, and this threat affects many countries of the world, their
economies and their culture, and all countries of the world seek to solve
this problem in to achieve the general interest of members of
society. Also, drug smuggling is not limited to a specific type, but many
types of drugs are smuggled, and are also frequently smuggled in
Muslim countries that prohibit their use and sale, because they destroy
the mind and harm the users and cause many health problems (Drug

First, drug smuggling is prohibited in all countries of the world unless
there is a license from the responsible ministry. The drug threat affects
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a number of ways, for example, at the
security level, where drug traffickers use weapons and shoot security
men when confronting checkpoints. Second, drugs affect the health of
society, as drug users harm the people they encounter as well as their
families. Third, there is the economic impact. Over the past years, the
gains from the drug trade have doubled, which has been observed
during the total annual gains announced by the international
authorities and institutions, as the total profits from selling drugs

When it comes to fighting the drug trade, the Saudi Ministry of Interior
announced it has thwarted attempts to smuggle and circulate 2,496,950
amphetamine pills and 229 kilograms of hashish. Those involved in
these attempts, numbering 13, were arrested, including 7 residents of

members may not respond to the consequences of this crime. However,
the government should provide financial rewards to the collaborators
who help to fight drugs in the community.
