DescriptionYou should write about the same organisation as you did in Assignment 1 (if for any reason this is an issue you can use a different one, but it would be better if you use the same one)

If your chosen organisation does not and/or cannot operate internationally (e.g. if you work for a public sector organisation) then you can discuss the second part of the question in terms of domestic strategy – but you need to explain why (in a sentence or two)you are not discussing international issues.

The section on layout is about presentation – you are being asked to present in a business report format, not an essay. The ‘headings’ are to remind you how we would like the assignment to be structured and the areas you need to cover. The assignment refers to 3 different models. I’d be expecting you to consider all 3 unless there’s a reason why you think one or more is not relevant to your organisation, in which case you need to briefly outline why.
