My case study is’ Conflict within Building Supplies NI’. Document attached.
Because I already analyse section 1 with the following topic People Management and Motivation, you need to analyse section 2 and 3, 1200 each with one of the following topics left.:
Learning Training and Development
Individual Differences and Teams and Teamworking
Conflict Management

Provide critical recommendations based on your analysis/ discussion

Each topic will have an introduction
Analysis will be based on selecting one topic for each section from the module and use the topic to analyze the case and propose applied and practical recommendations)
Analysis should be backed up with references from published academic text books, journals and online materials

As you analyze the case study, you must use your own knowledge and interpretation of theories and concepts to make arguments base on the topics you selected

Students will be expected to demonstrate a familiarity with the wider literature in the subject area, and not merely an ability to re-produce the lecture notes.

Work should include references to journal articles and other relevant publications, and should be properly laid out using the Harvard system of referencing as indicated below:
