Measuring Customers’ Satisfaction with Service Robots in Muscat-based Restaurants during COVID-19 Pandemic

Add a 7 to 8 pages section in this attached thesis literature review called “Factors affecting customers’ satisfaction with service robots”. Include in this section all the factors affecting customer’s satisfaction in the attached conceptual framework which are:

1. Perceived Usefulness

2. Perceived Ease of Use

3. Perceived Enjoyment

4. Speed of Service

5. Flexibility

6. Trust

7. Concerns on safety and social distancing

(number of pages to write in the whole section without the literature review: 7-8 pages max)

And write a hypothesis for each factor under its explanation/paragraph and explain each factor in one page only no more. You have to give a theoretical support for all these factors’ hypotheses from different literature sources by defining each of the numbered factors in relation to service robots and of course the definition/meaning, other factors and explanations should be from a literature source and not randomly chosen. And you have to include and explain the factors/dimensions in each of the numbered factors, and how these factors can affect customers’ satisfaction with these service robots.

For example:

H1: perceived usefulness has a positive effect on customer’s satisfaction, therefore you must define perceived usefulness in terms of service robots and introduce it to the reader and then you must explain the factors and dimensions included in perceived usefulness (these factors could be for example: the robot gives information that’s why it’s useful…, it gives a faster service) which can be found in the literatures also. The same applies to all the other numbered constructs/factors.

I want the section to be written very similarly to the Hypothesis Development section in the literature review in the attached Virtual Tours a Means to an End: An Analysis of Virtual Tours’ Role in Tourism Recovery Post COVID-19 research paper. (use it as a guide to understand the requirements more)
