Companies which manage responsibilities well enforces their employees provides profits to their stakeholders which one is their customers distributors suppliers stockholders and their environments. The company I am currently working provides advantage of the economic cycle of the country by paying taxes. Taxes are so important for the government to be able to distribute service to citizens. Every year in foundation day we organize picnic for our employees and their families this organization makes employees to feel important and they share beautiful thing each other out of work and it increases their morale. Our social activity club organizes visits to senior centers every month. This activity increases our brand force also most important one for our company it provides us and elders who are alone morale and happiness. Every year in April 23 which day is National Sovereignty and Children’s Day a gift from Mustafa Kemal Ataturk to worldwide children they arrange visits to orphanages and they give many gifts to the children living there. With Mentor (our employees from different departments)-Mentee (high school and university students) project our company trains students in different work areas related with our business. To me personally the three main top benefits to social responsibility are the well-being of the organization’s internal health client loyalty and perpetuating good moral ethics. When the company is operating ethically and taking social responsibility to protect its employees well-being this will help increase the company’s productivity. Furthermore the firm will be able to establish great relationship with their stockholders and customers which will lead them to be more loyal to the company. And the company that takes social responsibility seriously will not only benefit from its good doing as a business but will also be cultivating a higher quality of life among its society. My company is primarily using the accommodative approach and the proactive social responsibility approach. During our meetings we would address the importance of ethical values and norms where we are constantly and properly train how to respond to our customers and take consideration into the community when doing business. This is how our firm implement the accommodative approach.
