Part B Six Sigma tools: Our Six Sigma studies this week (please see Lecture) will look at the following analytical tools (Six Sigma for Everyone Reading & Assignment): please apply 5 of the 10 technical tools to one process in a company(preferably sales) you are familiar with. If numerical data is not available please use estimates. You should also provide a summary after each tool of what it means and what it taught you about the process.
Make sure to include the charts visuals or graphs for each tool. These tools can be incorporated into both service and manufacturing organizations. By listing each process step employees can determine where inefficiencies may exist. Think about how your organization can use this specific tool to re-align or eliminate nonvalue added process steps.
