You have been hired by a grocery chain to determine whether grocery shoppers in the local area would take advantage of online shopping. Here are some topics the chain is interested in exploring: In addition, the grocery chain would like to know how you would get the survey out to shoppers and whether there are ways to maximize the number of responses you will receive. For this activity, you will need to design a survey that addresses the topics listed in the overview above; focuses on the habits, usage, and issues of users; and is formatted to display the questions and answer options the user has for responding. The user should be able to complete the survey in a 10- to 15-minute timeframe. Avoid leading questions and remember that all the answers have to be analyzed and reported so try to determine the best way to ask the questions to accomplish this.
