Please find my detailed feedback attached. Here are some overall points to note- 1) Clearly state your goals. Please do not mix goals with your recommendations/plan. 2) Improve the readability of the report by including only relevant info for each section. For example, in the methods section, talk only about your methods and findings, include your analysis under discussion, and so on. 3) Data missing- Please show the data referred to as data collected in the report. Include your analysis and the draft of your recommended plan. 4) Be mindful of conjectures. Provide evidence/ add a reference to back up your claim otherwise it is an assumption and should not be included in the report. It is okay to expect an outcome, however, it should only be after you have carefully analyzed the data, identified the trends, and have researched best practices. 5) Since this is a research project, your recommendations will be a tangible outcome for this project. Please state them clearly and make sure that you are building a case towards those recommendations throughout your report. 6) Please proofread your report before submitting it for grammatical errors and repetitions. This paper is unacceptable as written. It is long winded opinion with no actual project….you just ramble on about what you believe the problems are….there is absolutely nothing here that indicates substance and unless things improve dramatically this project will not be accepted for presentation. I suggest you actually start working on this seriously or face the consequences.

I submitted the Applied Research Captsone Project and I couldn’t get it right and this is my Internship Practicumn Project. Please help me pass this class to get my degree. Thank You

The data is in excel sheet with the number of QRES errors caused in medical records, Please use that as data and result and for the analysis portion it. Please also draw graphs in this paper to show that there is actual evidence. Please use References as well for this project. Thank You

The company I work for is Pharmscript (https://pharmscript.com/) in NJ I work as a medical records technician who is trying to do a applied research project for Reducing medical errors through implementation of training and analysis report while coding and updating Patient records.
