A Private Enterprise Making Fashionable Baby Clothes

Overview of the Project

The private enterprise will be involved in producing high-end fashionable baby clothes manufactured in the United States and displayed in limited editions. Besides, the company will also extend its services to ensure babies have unique clothing, furniture, food, and beautiful accessories, especially for children and their families. After examining the market trends and even potential competitors, it would be crucial to integrate other unique services to the company to stay ahead. The services will include offering affordable items which will attract middle-aged parents due to their unique designs. Moreover, the baby shower registry will be one of the services to give full support to new parents, including rental equipment.
The main focus will be on the United States population and when with time and feedback from potential consumers, the company will extend its services to other parts for the goal is to reach global markets within few years. The clothes will be produced depending on the season such that there will be a mix of both winter wear and summer wear. The overall product mix will include sweaters, rompers, and clothes targeting both genders. The business will seek partners such as button manufacturers and zip companies to have a good supply chain for the production of the clothes.
It would be essential to use social media to attract the right people and participate in local events, which create a chance to comprehend the needs of potential customers. The idea will be integrated into the business. It makes the company grow by providing exactly what the people and thereby making substantial profits. The company will also generate a loyalty program that will be utilized to reward loyal customers. In turn, they will give testimonies to their associates, making the company grow to higher levels. And the best to meet my target is via social media on retail-focused applications like Shooties, Etsy, Boutique Window, including Shopify.
There are severe brands with similar services, such as Zooby Industrial company, Rockleigh Industries, and Langbehn companies. These companies specialize in cutting, sewing, and fabricating children and infants apparel such as bibs, gowns, and dresses. They make their pieces using cotton, polyester, non-woven materials, and nylon for manufacturing their attires. They market their products manually, although some have social media handles to help them attract customers, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, to make significant advertisements of their products. Other social media sites include Instagram, displaying their models and showing the new products they have released.

Goals of Our Company

The company aims at selling its products to distributors and resellers in the US while utilizing a Business-to-Business(B2B) model. The model will direct the company to conduct its transactions with the manufacturers and wholesalers, including retailers. The model will strengthen our supply chain since we will relevant raw materials that will be used in the manufacturing of baby clothes and other related products. According to the 2018 report on
e-commerce, the
B2B model topped $1.134 trillion, which was above the amount it had projected initially at the beginning of that year, which makes approximately 12% of that in 2017, totaling $9trillion in the US Business-to-Business annual sales. They expect the sales to expand in 2023 by 17%, as speculated by (Yampalskaya & Turusin 2018).
The findings gave us hope that we have utilized the appropriate model that will prove to be helpful in our business transactions. It would be essential to integrate the model with social media to build a good reputation. Other goals of our business include getting substantial profits since we will also invest heavily to provide quality services to our customers. The objective also has to be productive in terms of resources and the employee’s performance to be standard for the starter. For our brand to be at the peak, the employees must be 100% satisfied, and that is why it is fundamental to develop the goal of employee attraction and retention. Our company’s sole objective includes mission-driven core values, including sustainable growth.

Utilization of the Social Media Sites

We can use different social media handles to market our products to attract potential customers.
Facebook
will be used to showcase all the products that the company provides. We will first create our Facebook page using the appropriate category and use a compelling profile picture and a slideshow video that incorporates all the items the consumers will purchase as they visit the page. We will create a community group that will help emphasize social and casual relationships over brand-based connections and act as a tight-knit community focused around our company. It will also help generate and strengthen relationships between the company and the community people due to the trust that exists between them.
The application has a broad global reach, and therefore it will be critical for visibility purposes. Facebook, just like any other social media platform, requires frequent interaction with the customers (Virtanen et al., 2017). Therefore, we will be responsive on our Facebook messenger app or use a Facebook messenger bot to help guide the consumers into our system by directing them to various locations based on their individual needs. The use of video content, storytelling, and selling the products directly using the app will expand our business immensely.

Instagram:
The company will also have a strong presence on Instagram. Since the company will be in the fashion and allied industry, Instagram will be helpful to attract fashion-conscious customers. It is also an essential tool for connecting with the young parents in the 25-35 year group. The app will grade up the content of our company products to the global market and help to cross-promote the company’s posts concerning the products across other networks like tik-tok or Twitter. Instagram is one of the applications that showcase the content according to people-centric content, and it is precisely what we need in our company.
The Instagram application will help our company attract new parents or celebrities for they are so influential. We will display high-quality products using appropriate hashtags that align with our target customers’ needs with a compelling caption to reinforce our actions, such as double-tap or tag a friend to engage the consumers on accessing their favorite products. We will invest in video content and create relevant advertisements using celebrity influencers who will play a massive role in promoting our products.
The influencers promote products for different companies, and their followers can be influenced as a result of trust build with the celebrity. The research was done by influence. Co 2019 reported an interesting story on INSTAGRAM INFLUENCERS revealed that the average price paid per post was $271, and the average follower count of an influencer is 63,000. Similarly, less than 1,000 followers charge 82.60 dollars, and those accounts with 100,000 followers or above that figure cost approximately $763.30 (Vaggela et al., 2018). With such statistics, it gives our company hopes that we will be able to promote a private enterprise for baby clothes and other related products with the help of influencers and celebrities.
The company will also utilize

to showcase innovative designs and ideas on fashion items since Pinterest has a robust universal footprint. We will develop engaging content since visuals display more information than what is said, and 80% of pinners prefer utilizing visuals to theories. It would be necessary to pin our content regularly at least once per day since it requires consistency to engage more people. Additionally, we will also use LinkedIn to attract other partnerships and hire qualified sewists and other garment-making staff members.
LinkedIn will also be used for the promotion of the brand as a clothes and fashion leader with a strong presence in the United States.

Conclusion

Business and social media, when integrated, more important things happen. Our company on private enterprise for baby clothes and related items will be promoted via social media platforms like the ones I have mentioned above since social media will be an effective tool for developing the company. It will be utilized strategically to promote sales and grow the firm’s revenue in a much faster way. The company will use social media analysts to advise the best mix to make the company’s products stand out in the market.
