Services

Care managers can be social workers or RNs with wisdom, experience, and heart, they simplify, organize, and proactively direct the treatment of a loved one. They offer counseling to the clients and family if needed and they can provide home care to help the client be able to stay in their homes.

DSHS contract is counseling only VA, and longterm care contract is homecare, MSS, Archdiocese and Puyallup tribe contracts can be homecare, counseling and/or care management
