The purpose statement
: Cooperate with customers, employees and communities through integrity management，provide innovative low-cost solutions to the entire mining infrastructure supply chain.

Mission statement
: Let the shareholders get more profits, let employers & employees find their own values, let the company pay back for the society.

Vision statement: Develop high-tech and innovation equipment to improve mining, facilitate the local and country’s economy and become the top mining company in the world.
The statement addresses various aspects like innovation which is a powerful tool for transforming the world in development. The company also illustrates in the purpose statement that they consider integrity and respect and working jointly with clients, customers, and the community. Transforming the world needs people to work together and as a group to share developmental ideas necessary for the world economy to thrive. Again the statement indicates that the company is determined to providing low-cost solutions across the mining infrastructure supply chain, which shows that they want to enhance efficiency. At the societal level, the company is determined to work in partnership with the people and the community where it operates, which shows they are ready to cooperate with society towards achieving common developmental goals. The organization, the critical figures are their employees referred to in the statement as “our people,” and they indicate they are looking to operate with respect and integrity for their people. Finally, the company values their clients and customers for the individual level, a clear proof that they are determined to offer the best services to them.

Schwartz Value Theory

The core values provided by the theory include self-direction, stimulation, and achievement.
Self-direction. The defining goal of this value includes independent thought and action, choosing, creating, and exploring (Lee et al., 2019). The value originates from the organismic needs for control and mastery and the interactional requirements of autonomy and independence. The central assumption of this value is that an individual is perfect in making self-choices that they can never make wrong and that the individual needs control over their choices.

Stimulation

The defining goals for the value are novelty and challenge in life.
The value originated from the organismic need for various options and stimulation to maintain maximum and positive demands. The requirements are related to self-direction values. The matter assumes that they need to fulfill individual desires and stimulate their decision-making.

Achievement

The defining goal here is personal success through demonstrating competence based on social standards. The value posits that the performance competency generates resources that are essential for an individual to survive and enable the organization to achieve its objectives. The central assumption of this value is that the success of an organization is entirely dependent on the performance competency of the individuals who work for it.

How the organization can enact the values

Self-direction can be enacted by the board when attempting to provide freedom to their employees and limit each employee’s supervision. In addition, it can be effective in allowing more room for innovation since each employee would be determined to reward by organization through hard work.
Stimulation can be enacted by the organizational culture when the organization makes it a routine to fulfill all the demands of clients by providing a variety of services.
Finally, the achievement can be part of an organization’s culture when they enhance all their departments to work as a standard unit.
