• Why are we testing? This refers to the goal of the test and its importance.
• How are we testing? This refers to the methodology of the test.

            This refers to the degree that a system is capable of protecting its user from committing errors. A system must be designed to aid its user from committing errors.

Aesthetic and minimalist design

This refers to a system that is fit for a human brain. The human brain has a limited capacity to absorb information. Therefore, a system needs to consider presenting data from chunks into smaller bits of data at a time.

Usability testing evaluates a product through sampling some users to test it out. The participants in the test will perform tasks while the research conductors observe. Through usability testing, real users help research to further assess the capabilities of a product and areas of improvement.
