I want you to focus and think about a change, this change is going to affect your life in a positive way.

This change you envisage by using your imagination, is quite different because it takes another direction and route in the way you see and look after yourself.

You know you have a choice, and you have options,

you want to explore, what these choices and options are.

Whatever you do and whatever you choose, will be incredibly positive.

You have made the decision and look forward to making it a reality.

You now look forward, and for you, there is no going back.

You can now see yourself feeling different, better, and more positive. It has made an immeasurable difference to you and your life.

It is now the time, and you realise that weight loss does not only concern food, but you also now know it is about something else.

You are eager to change path, realising that is it your mind, body, soul, and your thought process which is in control.

You see that you control the symptoms, and the symptoms do not control you. When food wanted you,

it would call you to eat,

when food presented to you, it would tell you what to eat.

when food called, you would eat, it would tell you how much to eat.

Previously food would tell you what you did and did not like.

Unhealthy food dressed itself up and made itself irresistible,

In making you think it was an offering you could not refuse.

But now you view food from a different perspective, you are in control,

you view good food as the healthy part in the positive change in your lifestyle.

You see unhealthy foods as obstacles trying to stop you from achieving your healthy goals.

Yourself esteem picks you up so much, you frequently go outdoors and feel the need to do more exercise.

You now eat only when you should, at the appropriate times,

this is because you choose to.

You no longer feel the need to eat unhealthy foods that stop you from travelling on your new progressive path.

You know it is only you and you alone making these choices,

You choose to only take and eat the healthy option.

And change your behaviour and the way you look after your body in a more caring way.

You are aware that putting unhealthy food in your mouth, is negative on your body,

you know this is not a choice you are going to make.

It seems so easy to reconnect and remember how you used to look, and how happy you were then.

You imagine after taking on this change how you will look in the future and feel even happier, better, more self-confident,

because you know this is your plan,

and you were in control, having the knowledge, self-belief, and determination knowing, it is you that thought it possible, and turned it into reality.
