Research Topic:  Workplace gender inequality and its impact on organisational performance and sustainability.

Order Description:

An article and a portfolio :Individual long form feature article for a business publication (4000 words) with portfolio of supporting background research, analysis (4500 words).

. Please, exclude the table of contents page and cover page from this request as I will do that myself.

The references list, and appendices should not be part of the  8500 word count.

.Learning outcomes to be covered:

1. a) Critically evaluate research project design and implementation, including organisation/sector context, research question formulation, ethical and methodological considerations.
2. b) Select, evaluate and synthesise sources of information associated with a business or management topic.
3. c) Appraise and apply a recognised method of analysis to secondary

information.

1. d) Propose recommendations that demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set,

and that consider stakeholder impact, sustainability, and value.

1. e) Demonstrate self-direction and originality in tackling and solving problems, and act autonomously in planning and implementing tasks.
2. f) Structure and communicate a coherent and sustained argument

Important Information:

*Must show research design. : the sample size, method of data collection and analysis/

*Use of Nvivo for data analysis and Tableau(if applicable)

*Theorical frameworks (identifying concepts and model and the role of the theory in the research) is key. (This according to the tutor was not done properly in my last as it differs from literature review.)

*Only secondary data can be used: journals, reports

*Consider and indicate how gender equality/inequality will be measured

The Article MUST include the following in the same (Table of Contents Template is available under important forms folder on Nile)

1. Cover page (See the cover page template on NILE in the important forms folder)
2. Assignment submission sheet. The form is available on NILE in the important forms folder.
3. Research ethics clearance form (see the important forms folder on NILE)
4. Introduction
5. Literature review
6. Summary of data analysis, discussion, and research findings (details should be included in the portfolio)
7. Conclusion and recommendation
8. References or bibliography
9. Appendices (This should be placed at the end of your portfolio. e.g. copy of the questionnaire, data set, SPSS or NVIVO output)

The  portfolio MUST show :

• Proof of data collection technique used (The output of statistical analytical software utilised for the analysis (i.e. SPSS or NVivo output) must be supplied in the appendices section at the end of the portfolio.
