I have a group management issues report. My parts are the overview of the situation and the statement of the issues. The topic we chose is the management issues faced when opening a branch in a new country so the company and product we chose is Giants snacks and that they want export sunflower seeds to canada. one of the issues we came up with is “If the company wants to export sunflower seeds to canada and they would like to store inventory there before its sold so what would be some of the inventory management issues like how the inventory has to go across the b and how canada may have different laws how sunflower seeds should be handled” thats what we came up with but if you can think of any other issues you can write them as well. Please cite the work. I’ve attached my team partner’s executive summary of the company so you can read it.
